Sha Hall, the daughter of Ronika and Danny Hall of Logan, will represent the Miss WV Freedom Festival in January as she competes for the Miss WV Association of Fairs and Festivals at the state convention held each year in Charleston.

Hall will compete in street wear, event promotion, and evening gown. She will also undergo an interview. This is Hall's second trip to the state level representing the WV Freedom Festival. Since her first trip, she has earned the title of Miss Logan County, Miss Glamour Girl, and has become a pageant director of her own pageant, The Miss Pretty In Pink pageant that is held each year to raise breast cancer awareness. Hall has also become the face of the Miss WV Freedom Festival pageant, serving as hostess for three years.

Hall will travel to the state pageant with WV Freedom Festival pageant director, Amber Gore, alongside other WV Freedom Festival Queens, organizer and City Mayor Serafino Nolletti, family and friends. Hall and Gore will be required to do extensive rehearsals and training, including one day designated solely for pageant directors to assist their queen. This is the Freedom Festival's fourth year as a member of the WV Association of Fairs and Festivals.
