DINGESS, W.Va. - Mr. Cole Blair, 79, of Dingess, was born June 17, 1928, at Whirlwind, a son of the late Frank and Venia Farley Blair. He departed this life Wednesday, April 9, 2008, at Obleness Hospital at Athens, Ohio.
Also preceding him in death was his first wife, Zella Blair.
