HOLDEN, W.Va. - Ernest J. Stapleton, 84, of Holden, departed this life Friday, April 11, 2008, in Logan Regional Medical Center.
Born December 24, 1923, at Holden, he was a son of the late Oscar and Georgia Sheppard Stapleton. Also preceding him in death was his infant daughter, Candy; brother, Warren; sister, Hattie Hylton, and his former wife and mother of his children, Audrey Stone Stapleton.
