Glen Edward Vincell, 35, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the Logan County Sheriff's Department for driving left of center, improper registration, driving on a revoked license and possession of a controlled substance on April 8.
According to law enforcement reports, at 6:37 p.m., Deputy Jason Mathis was on patrol when he saw a 1992 black GMC Jimmy allegedly cross the center line "several times."
"Upon running the license plate through Logan 911 it came back improper, and upon speaking with the defendant he was then asked for his driver's license, registration and proof of insurance and he stated that he didn't have any of them," the report states.
"Upon getting his name and date of birth and running him through Logan 911 he came back revoked for DUI with three convictions for driving revoked for DUI, the conviction dates were all in Logan County...Upon performing an inventory of the vehicle, the deputy located a clear plastic bag containing marijuana seeds along with a marijuana roach.
He was taken into custody and booked at the regional jail at 9:29 p.m.
