I would like to address this letter to the attention post office box customers.

As you may have heard or read 911 addressing is in progress of assigning Logan County residence with physical addresses presently or in the near future. The Postal Service wants to inform all their customers that when you are assigned the physical address, to keep in mind that this is not your mailing address, this is your physical address to be used by Emergency, 911 and other delivery services providers besides the US Postal Service.

If you currently receive your mail in a PO Box, you still must use your PO Box in your address.

In order to continue the uninterrupted mail service and any possible return of your mail please use the correct format show below in order to cover all areas of mail/package delivery and Emergency services.

Mr. John Doe - Your Name/Business

Po Box 000 - Your Mailing Address

102 Postal Way - Your Physical Address

Mt. Gay, WV 25637 - Your City, State and zip

This format can be used by all parties involved from Mail Service, to Home other delivery providers along with Emergency services.

Simply putting your new physical address will not get your PO Box mail delivered correctly.
