WEST LOGAN, W.Va. - Mrs. Gloria Conley, 82, of West Logan, was born July 17, 1925, in Cannelton, a daughter of the late James and Ida Flint. She departed this life Monday, July 7, 2008, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Also preceding her in death was one brother, Charles Flint, and one sister, Margaret Dunlavy.

Gloria was a homemaker and a member of the West Logan Church of God. She was a loving wife, grandmother (Nan) and great-grandmother who will be missed beyond words and was loved and cherished by all who knew her.

Survivors include her loving husband of 61 years, James; devoted son and daughter, James (Elizabeth) Conley Jr. of West Logan and Susan (Roger) Browning of Vickers Branch of Chapmanville; one grandson, Brian, and two great-grandchildren, Cody of Nitro and Haleigh Lilly of Chapmanville; two sisters, Lena Doles of Georgia and Jimmie Oliver of Cannelton; her precious Pekingese, Toby, and many nieces and nephews.

Services were conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 10, at the West Logan Church of God with Rev. James Hughes and Rev. Roger Stewart officiating. Burial followed in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.

Pallbearers were friends and family members.
