With oil prices dropping $10 on the barrel, many people are wondering when gasoline prices will fall in the local area. At the Pikeville, Ky., Speedway on Monday, the price of a gallon of regular unleaded has dropped to $3.94. But, in Logan, this morning, the price ranged from $4.09 to $4.14 at the Chevron in Justice Addition and was as high yesterday as $4.26 a gallon at Fountain Place. Photos/Michael Browning
