SHELIA LACKEY
Born October 22, 1953, in Logan County, she was a daughter of the late Elbert and Irene Justice Workman. Also preceding her in death was one sister, Deloris “TI” Workman Norman, and three brothers, Lawrence Workman, Donald Workman and Jimmy Workman.
Survivors include one daughter, Jaime Gail (Jesse) Spaulding of Dingess; three sisters, Mary Ramey of Kansas, and Loretta (Larry) Sargent and Carolyn Spaulding, both of Verdunville; two brothers Ed (Exie) Workman of Omar and “Sam” Allen (Sandy) Workman, and twin granddaughters Jessica and Laura Spaulding whom she loved dearly.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today, September 11, at the Mud Fork Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Elbert Collins Jr. and Rev. Jimmy Darrel Newsome officiating. Burial will follow in the Frye Cemetery at Verdunville.
Visitation will be until time of services today at the church.
