LEWISBURG - Jarrod Curry, DO, the son of Randall and Kaye Curry of Verdunville, graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) with the Degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine on Saturday, May 31, 2008.

While enrolled at WVSOM, Dr. Curry received academic awards for his work in Nutrition, Cardiovascular System and Respiratory System. He was a member of Sigma Sigma Phi and Phi Sigma Alpha, and received a tuition waiver in 2006/2007.

Dr. Curry graduated from Logan High School in 1998 and received a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in Montgomery in 2003.

He and his wife, Ashlee, have one son, Luke. Dr. Curry plans to enter the radiology program at Richmond Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.
