The Mingo No. 1 Church Conference met Saturday, June 21, 2008, at Chief Logan State Park for fun and fellowship. Members played games and received prizes throughout the day. Three churches were in attendance: Hillcrest Chapel at Micco, Walnut Grove of Chauncey and Mt. Calvary at Dry Branch. Hillcrest Chapel, with 50 attending, was awarded a plaque for the church with the most in attendance.
