Born May 5, 1962, at Logan, a son of the late Albert Jr. and Virginia Osborne Cooper. Also preceding him in death were his grandparents, Johnson and Stella Lovejoy Cooper and Soleman and Gladys Barrnett Osborne; a sister, Jennifer, and grandson, Sabasian.
Timothy was a retired self employed construction worker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include five sons, Timothy (Nikki) Cooper II of Verdunville, Johnny (Aleshia) Cooper, and Joshua (Bethany) Cooper, Damian Cooper and Nathan Cooper, all of Logan; four daughters, Jennifer (Donald) Copley, Trinity Cooper and Shyanna Cooper, all of Logan, and Amber (Tommy) Adkins of Burlington, Ohio; his companion, Sara Dillon; best friends, Jim and Teresa Dillon; five brothers, Albert (Pamela) Cooper of Aracoma, Roger (Joan) Cooper and Ronnie Cooper, both of Whitman, and Ricky (Mary) Cooper and Jerry (Lyvonne) Cooper, both of Ohio; seven grandchildren, Timothy Cooper III, Toebe Cooper, Sarah Workman, Isaiah Smith, Brayden Adkins, Braxton Adkins and Jayden Cooper, and a host of nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 15, at the James Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Nick Blankenship officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Pallbearers will be Albert Cooper Jr., Ralph Cooper, Roger Dale Cooper, Tommy Adkins, Donald Copley, Cornelius Murphy and Ricky Welch.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
