MAN - The Man High School girls' volleyball team scored a straight sets victory at home over Iaeger on Tuesday night at the Man Memorial Fieldhouse.

The Lady Billies won 25-19, 25-16, 25-18 and now stand at 3-4 on the season.

"I feel like the whole team played well," Man coach Orlando Washington said.

The Lady Billies are scheduled to return to action tonight at Tug Valley. Match time is set for 6 p.m.

Man is then set to play at Matewan on Monday before going to county rival Chapmanville on Sept. 24. Man closes out the month on Sept. 25 at Charleston Catholic and Sept. 30 at Iaeger.

The Logan High School girls' volleyball team, coached by first-year mentor Ernistine Conn, was scheduled to host Tolsia on Tuesday night but no scores or statistics were called into the Logan Banner as of deadline this morning. Last Thursday, Logan played at Tug Valley, but again, no information was made available to the Logan Banner sports department.

Logan is slated to host Sissonville on Thursday, then go to Winfield next Monday before hosting Poca on Tuesday.

The Chapmanville Regional High School girls' volleyball team played at Poca last night but no information was available.

The Lady Tigers, coached by Michelle Ball, are set to play St. Albans and Poca today at the Charleston Civic Center. CRHS then goes to Tug Valley on Tuesday before hosting Man on Sept. 24.
