HARTS, W.Va. - Jason "Tator" Lee, 30, of White Oak of Harts, departed this life Monday, October 20, 2008, at Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport, Tenn.
Born July 26, 1978, in Texas, he was a son of Debbie (Trussel) Goggins of Birmingham, Ala., and Thomas Watson Lee III.
Additionally, survivors include his wife, Shannon Black Lee; one daughter, Ashley Lee, age five, and one son, Alexander Lee, age eight, both at home; one brother, Paul Lee of Alabama, and his father- and mother-in-law, Virgil Sr. and Retha Bryant Black of White Oak.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 24, at the Freeman Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a trust for his children to Chapmanville Bank of LB&T Co., P.O. Box 68, Chapmanville, WV 25508.
Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville is in charge of the arrangements.
