Dorothy Mullins will instruct the class in Room 116, District Office located beside the Logan Campus.
Students will be taught how to bake a cake and make icing. The instructor will demonstrate the art of icing a cake and cupcake, as well as making borders and flowers with icing.
The course fee is $35, which does not include supplies.
