A Kistler man was arrested this week by local deputies following a shooting incident.

Ricky Clark, 35, of Kistler, was arrested on Nov. 10 by deputies B.D. Cobb, B.E. Ferrell and D.R. Pearson of the Logan County Sheriff's Department for wanton endangerment, assault and shooting across the road charges.

According to police reports, Corporals Cobb and Ferrell and Sgt. Pearson responded to a shots fired call. The victim told the officers that Clark "had fired two shots at him and one shot had entered his residence through a window."

"We observed a hole in the window to the left of the front door of Mr. Belcher's residence," the report states. "We then walked across the street to speak with the defendant. The defendant was read his Miranda rights, waived them and gave a statement. The defendant admitted to firing to separate shots in the direction of Mr. Belcher. The defendant did fire the shots across Honey Dew Street at Davin."
