Necco's annual fall outing for its foster families was held early in November. The event was hosted by Natalie and Justin Rice at their country home in Boone County. Donna Cooke and Bill Perry co-hosted. The hosts went to great lengths to create an enjoyable and memorable evening of old fashioned fun for their guests.
