CYCLONE - Billy Ray Tre Hurley III, 15 months old, became an angel Friday, November 14, 2008.
A celebration of Tre's life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 19, at the Adam Toler Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
Adam Toler Memorial Funeral Home of Oceana is in charge of the arrangements.
