2008 West Virginia's Ultimate Mrs.
Navonna Browning was crowned 2008 West Virginia's Ultimate Mrs. at the state pageant held in Matewan over the summer. She will be representing married women at America's Ultimate Queen National pageant being held in spring of 2009 in New Castle, Ind. The Ultimate pageant system recognizes that beauty comes in many different sizes, shapes and colors and that women should be recognized for both inner and outer beauty.
