This time, the wreck happened in the Mud Fork area around 6:50 a.m. as the bus was traveling to pick up Logan Middle School students.
Logan County Schools Assistant Superintendent Jim Guy said this morning that the bus was traveling on a narrow stretch of road when it had to get over for an oncoming car and the bus slid into a ditch.
Guy said no students were on board and the bus driver was not injured.
Guy also said another school bus was dispatched to take care of the crashed bus's run.
"The bus had to get over and there was only three or four inches of room and it went into a ditch near the head of Mud Fork," Guy said. "We called a wrecker to pull it out and bring it in to the garage to be checked out."
Guy said the bus did not suffer too much damage in the crash this morning.
The bus wreck was the third in just a little over a week.
A school bus was rear-ended by a car on Dingess Street in downtown Logan early on the morning of Dec. 2.
On Dec. 4, a school bus was sideswiped by a car at Amherstdale.
In both crashes, the bus drivers were not at fault.
There were no injuries in last week's crashes.
