HARTS - The Cole Branch Church of Jesus Christ decorates a Christmas tree each year with precious "memory bulbs." These bulbs hold the pictures of the loved ones who were members of the church that have went home to be with the Lord down through the years.

In 2008 alone, the church has lost four women members who were very dear to the church: Sister's Ina Dempsey, Peggy Dempsey Kirk, Juanita Porter and Belle Adams.

Those who attended this special evening were Rose Manns, Mavis Walker, Chad, Tyler, Jim and Jane Carter, Lana and Johnny Napier, Joey and Trish Adams, Craig, Rachel and Will Headley, Tarra, James and Harley Stevens, Robin Tomblin, Tosha and Walker Thompson, Becky and Mollie Robinson and Barb Carter.

The church would like to welcome everyone that would like to see the tree. Service times are Wednesday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. The tree will remain up until January 1st.
