At the event, Boy Scouts of the troop will be recognized for their ranks and achievements for the year 2011.
Troop 28 of Chapmanville was established in 2008 and will also be honoring their first Eagle Scout.
Area Eagle Scouts of all ages are welcome join in the ceremony.
