The CMS girls were a 36-17 winner, while the Chapmanville boys beat Duval 46-32.
In the girls game, the Lady Tigers jumped out to a 17-4 halftime lead and went on to win easily.
Abby Marcum led the way with 12 points for Chapmanville. She was followed by Lexi Martin with 11, Hollie Carter with six and Hali Baldwin with three. NeNe Osborne and Autumn Blankenship netted two each.
In the boys game, CMS got out quick to a 14-4 first quarter lead and made it stand as the Tigers won by 14 points.
Alex Berry led the way with 16 points, followed closely by Jordan Whitt with 14. Jordan Dalton netted eight and Jacob Dingess four, while Tyler Shannon and Corey Hundley had two each.
The CMS boys’ JV team also beat Duval.
Next for the Tigers is a road game at George Washington Middle School on Monday.
