Born September 15, 1948, in Barrett, she was a daughter of the late Winfield S. and Dora White Neace. Also preceding her in death were her grandparents, Librun and Cosby Neace and George and Myrtle White and her father- and mother-in-law, Walter and Betty Estep.
Toney was a loving and devoted wife and mother who loved her kids and grandchildren dearly.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Clyde Everett Estep; one daughter, Jeanette (Geney) Wiley of Harts; two sons, Clyde Everett Jr (Casstina) Estep of Harts, and Brian (Rosie) Estep of Harts; four sisters, Wanda Sue Norman, Nettie Nelson, Mary Neace and Carolyn White; three brothers, Winfield Neace Jr., Charles White and Albert Neace; three grandchildren, Josh Wiley and Nathaniel and Braxton Estep; one great-grandchild, Kaiden Wiley, and two special caregivers, Judy Smith and Ashley Mullins.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 29, at Freeman Funeral Home with Ernest Vance officiating. Burial will follow at Mullins Cemetery at Harts.
Pallbearers will be Josh Wiley, Nathaniel Estep, Douglas Norman, Randy Norman, Cannan Watts, Tom Oakley, Dwayne Vance and Vernon Wiley.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
