Breanna Jeffrey, a senior at Chapmanville Regional High School, is collecting gently used shoes as part of her Senior Project. Her goal is to collect 4,000 pairs of shoes by February 29. Breanna was inspired to undertake the project after learning about children who, because they have no shoes, tie soda bottles together to make shoes for themselves. Breanna is still a long way from 4,000 pairs. But she is hopeful that many in the community will find a few pairs that they can spare for a worthy cause. Shoes, of all sizes and for men, women, boys and girls, can be dropped off at CRHS in Mrs. Mazon's Room. (Photo | Submitted)
