LORADO, W.Va. — Patsy Delores Crum, 74, of Lorado, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 3, 2012, from Cabell Huntington Hospital after a long illness.

Born May 29, 1937, at Lundale, she was a daughter of the late Julian “Boge” and Addie Goodman Baisden. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Rev. Charles Crum, and two sons, Charles Ray Crum and an infant son.

Patsy was a life long member of the Lundale Freewill Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Those left to cherish her memory include three daughters, Pam (Richard) Caserta of Crown, Kathy (Ronnie) Doss of Accoville and Sandy (Kenny) Stevens of Portland, Tenn.; two sons, Allen Crum of Lorado and Patrick Crum of Portland; one brother, James Ray Baisden of Rogersville, Tenn.; two sisters, Joyce Frazier and Beverly (Ronnie) White, both of Bean Station, Tenn.; one daughter-in-law, Nioka Crum Vance of Kistler; seven grandsons, Nathan (Katrina) Caserta and Jason (Tammy) Caserta, both of Crown, Ronnie Lee (Jennifer) Doss of McMinnville, Tenn., Allen Sewell of Matewan, Michael Watkins of Columbus, Ohio, and Ryan Crum of Kistler; two granddaughters, Crystal “Sissy” Doss of Accoville and Stephanie (Robbie) Nelson of Latrobe; four special grandchildren who made their home with her, Coty Crum and Summer, Courtnie, and Julian Crum, all of Lorado; 10 great-grandchildren, Chris, Richie, Brooke and Carly Caserta, all of Crown, Ashley and Alex Nelson, both of Latrobe, Mary Jane, Samantha, and Thomas Doss, all of McMinnville, and Gabriel Watkins of Columbus; many nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family would like to give a big thank you to Patsy’s very special friends and neighbors, Gary and Barb Peters, Shirley Necessary, and anyone who has been with Patsy throughout the years.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March, 7, at Lundale Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Johnson and Rev. Bobby Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. today at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Nathan, Jason, Coty, Ryan, Chris, and a special young man, Manuel Gibson.
