Logan, Lincoln counties hit hard by flooding

Logan Dairy Delight
Both Logan and Lincoln counties have been hit hard by strong storms with heavy rains, causing major flooding.

Homes, schools and businesses have all been victims of flood waters that have occurred with this slow-moving storms.

Large size hail was also reported in Lincoln County, along with high water in Duval, Yawkey, Griffithsville and other parts of Lincoln County.

Water is covering State Route 3 near Duval Middle School.

Flooding has also been reported in Dingess, as well as Mt. Gay, Logan, West Logan and other parts of Logan County.

A flood watch continues until 10 p.m. for the counties of Boone, Lincoln, Logan, Mingo and Wayne.
