Born November 28, 1931, at Gilbert, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Maggie Blankenship. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Carlos O’Neil, and one granddaughter Carla Brickles.
Donna was a homemaker, which was her career considering she raised seven children. She was loved by all who knew her and touched many lives in her 80 years.
Survivors include three daughters: Debbie (Pat) Munshower of Cleveland, Ohio, Joetta Hunsaker of Mitchell Heights and Kim (Scottie) Browning of Gilman Bottom; four sons: Donald (Kathy) O’Neil of Cleveland, Ohio, David (Roberta) O’Neil of Huff Creek, Eddie (Ann) O’Neil of Gilman Bottom and Rusty (Sharon) O’Neil of Marmet; two brothers: June Blankenship of Landville and Jim Blankenship of North Carolina; four sisters: Linda McCoy of Madison, Agnes Brumfield of Tamcliff, Penny Sias of Texas and Sandy Goocher of Florida; 18 grandchildren: P.J. Lawrence, Caleb "CJ" Browning, Ashley Price, McKenzie O’Neil, Angel O’Neil, Tabitha O’Neil, Matthew O’Neil, Jodi Brickles, Harold Brickles, Donnie O’Neil, Heather Frazier, Christie Goodman, Michael Gibson, Ryan O’Neil, Erica Szasz and Sarah O’Neil, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at Gilman Bottom House of Prayer with the Rev. Donald Sparks officiating.
