CHIEF LOGAN STATE PARK — Former Marshall University and Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington toured the Chief Logan Rec Center early this morning.
Pennington gave the Chief Logan Rec Center a $15,000 grant from his 1st and 10 Foundation back in 2010 and the money was used for fitness equipment.
Pennington was scheduled to tour the Rec Center at 9 a.m. this morning. He planned to spend an hour at the fitness facility before heading to Charleston and Huntington to meet with other grant recipients.
The Chief Logan Rec Center has more than 2,100 members in its third year of existence.
