CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Johnny Lee Hensley Hale, 65, of Chapmanville, formerly of South Man, died Tuesday, May 8, 2012

A Celebration of Life ceremony will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at Bruce McDonald Methodist Church in South Man.

Hall Funeral Home of Proctorville, Ohio, assisted the family with arrangements.
