Sheena Collins of Harts donated 8 inches of hair to Locks of Love on September 30. Sheena is the 7-year-old daughter of Greg and Marie Collins and the granddaughter of Alma Blair of Harts, the late Crockett Blair, and Elbert Jr. and Dorothy Collins of Verdunville. She is a first grade student at Hugh Dingess Grade School and attends the Hannah Church at Harts. Cutting Sheena’s Hair was George Cook of Class Cutters in Chapmanville.
