EDNA DOLIN
HEWETT, W.Va. — Edna Mae Nichols Dolin, 88, of Hewett, was born May 5, 1924. She departed this life Friday, May 18, 2012, at Logan Regional Medical Center.
Preceding her in death was her husband of 64 years, Charles Joseph Dolin; son, Danny Joseph Dolin; parents, Willie and Amanda Nichols, and several brothers and sisters.
Edna was a member of Stevens Chapel United Methodist Church at Lake and was a lifetime member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary of Lake.
Survivors include her sons, Lanny (Paulette) Dolin and Charles Ray ( Leah) Dolin, both of Lake; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Hettie Nichols Nelson, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A special thanks to Patty’s Home Away From Home for the special care given to Edna.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, May 21, at Handley Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger McCauley and the Rev. Elmer Nelson Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Epling Cemetery at Hewett.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
