SANDRA MOORE

ASHLAND, Ky. — Sandra Gay Harless Bartram, Moore, 57, of Ashland, Ky., departed this life Friday, May 18, 2012, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington.

Born July 22, 1954, in Logan, she was a daughter of Mary Harless of Barboursville and the late Darius “Hoody” Harless.

Also preceding her in death were her grandparents, John and Minnie Harless and Sherman and Lora Smith.

Sandra was a homemaker, wife and a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Sandra was special to a lot of people including her mother. She was loved by many.

Additionally, those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Eddie Moore; one daughter, Patricia (Darian) Hughes of Logan; one step-daughter, Amy (Bub) Kilburn of Russell, Ky.; one step-son, Bill (Melinda) Smith of Catlettsburg, Ky.; seven grandchildren, Caleb and Conner Hughes, Brody Kilburn, Morgan Smith, Jordan and Reagan Smith, Hayley Kilburn and a little special one due on her birthday (Candace); three sisters, Patricia (George) Kirby of Tony, Robin (Billy Western) Harless of Logan, and Debra Kay Harless (JJ Weekly) of Big Creek; one brother, Gene (Nina) Harless of Barboursville; her lifetime friend and father of her daughter, Larry Bartram, and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, at Freeman Funeral Home with Arthur Smith and Jeremy Harless officiating. Burial will follow at the Frazier Cemetery at Sand Creek Road at Ranger.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Freeman Funeral Home.
