The Logan County Grand Jury has handed down several indictment during the May term.

Cases, along with their outcome, brought before Logan County Circuit Judge Eric O’Briant’s court included:

Nicholas Banks: three counts Sexual Assault in the Third Degree. No Bound Over.

Kenneth Bishop: Burglary, Grand Larceny and two counts Conspiracy.

Patrick Clendenin: Fraud in Connection with an Access Device, two counts Attempted Fraud with an Access Device, three counts Forgery and three counts Uttering.

Gregory Conley: Grand Larceny and Conspiracy.

Christina Crum, Grand Larceny and Breaking and Entering of an Automobile. No Bound Over.

Heather Dobbins: Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance. No Bound Over.

John Ray Fenner: Malicious Assault and Destruction of Property. No Bound Over.

Kevin Fleming: Grand Larceny.

Michael Garrett: Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance second offense, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and two counts Conspiracy. No Bound Over.

Roshawn Harrington: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver.

Justin Jones: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver.

Martzes Junior: Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance second offense, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Conspiracy.

James Maynard: Five counts Forgery and five counts Uttering.

James McComas: Felony Destruction of Property.

Daniel Murphy: Fleeing in Vehicle, Burglary, Driving While License Revoked for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, controlled substances or drugs and Trespassing. No Bound Over.

Dontez Price (aka Dantez Price): Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver.

Anne Rainwater: Burglary, Grand Larceny and two counts Conspiracy.

Aaron Scott: Grand Larceny and Receiving Stolen Property.

Aaron Scott: Breaking and Entering and Grand Larceny.

Daniel Sexton: Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Lacey Shadd: Felony Murder, three counts Conspiracy, Robbery in the First Degree, Malicious Assault Against the Elderly, two counts Forgery, two counts Uttering, and three counts Fraud in Connection with an Access Device.

Corey Sherod: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver.

Cherry L. Sparks: Obtain Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance, Substance by Fraud, and Obtain Possession of a Controlled Substance by Fraud.

Teresa Thompson: Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Conspiracy.
