Together with their families, Veronica LeighAnn Maynard and Alton Lee Booth would like to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
LeighAnn is the daughter of Joe Maynard and the late Rhonda Damron, both of Dingess. She is the granddaughter of Alice Niece and Ronnie and Reba Damron, all of Dingess.
Alton is the son of Steve Booth of Dingess and Pam Smith Booth of Marrowbone. He is also the grandson of Earl and Irene Smith of Marrowbone and Curtis and Pat Booth of Gahanna, Ohio.
The couple are both graduates of Tug Valley High School; Alton in 2006 and LeighAnn in 2010. They are also both graduates of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College in Logan with degrees in Information Technology. Alton is now employed at TRG in Charleston in customer service.
The wedding ceremony will be held Saturday, June 16, at 1 o’clock in the afternoon at Parsley Bottom Freewill Baptist Church in Lenore. The gracious custom of an open ceremony will be observed.
A reception will follow at the church.
