SIX MILE, W.Va. — Mr. Randy Lee Boyd Jr., 39, of Six Mile, Danville, was born February 10, 1973 at Logan. He departed this life Wednesday, June 13, 2012, in Boone County.
Mr. Boyd was disabled and of the Freewill Baptist faith.
Preceding him in death was his paternal grandfather, George Boyd; maternal grandparents, Laz and Thelma Mann and uncle, Bill Mann.
Survivors include his grandmother, Gertrude Boyd of Lake; mother, Patsy Elkins of Madison; father, Randy Lee Boyd Sr. of Lake; brother, Jason Boyd of Madison; nieces, Hannah Boyd and Brianna Boyd, both of Madison; fiancée, Brandi Ball, and her children, Chastity Ball and Lee Ann Ball, all of Six Mile; several aunts and uncles, George Boyd Jr., Wanda (Willis) Stollings, Phyllis (Larry) Truelove, Jerry (Connie) Mann, Roy (Arlena) Mann and Phillip (Jackie) Mann, and several cousins and friends.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 21, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Rev. Roscoe Chafin officiating. Burial will follow in the Lucas Cemetery at Trace Fork of Chapmanville.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Chapmanville is serving the Boyd family.
