CONSOL Energy recently donated $5,000 to the Logan County Child Advocacy Center to assist the non-profit organization which operates a center for the investigation of crimes against children.

The Logan office – one of 19 child advocacy centers in West Virginia — serves children in Logan, Lincoln and Mingo counties.

Through in-house therapy, forensic interviews, crisis intervention, case tracking and review, the center strives to assist children who are the victims of abuse to cope and to move toward healing.
