STOLLINGS — A two-rig collision blocked traffic on State Route 10 this morning in both directions for several hours.

Reports said traffic was blocked all the way back to Three Mile Curve toward Man and back to the Speedway at the edge of Stollings and motorists were taking back roads to get around the wreck.

Traffic in the Stollings area was backed up past the Speedway this morning after a loaded coal truck and an empty one collided near the underpass.

According to a spokesman at the West Virginia State Police Logan detachment, there were no injuries in the incident.

The WVSP is investigating the crash.

The West Virginia State Police and the Logan Fire Department rushed to the scene of the accident, which happened early this morning to provide assistance. Reportedly no one was injured by the accident.

Radio reports said two coal trucks collided around 6:45 a.m. and, at 9 a.m. this morning, traffic was still snarled in the area.
