GOBLE HALL JR.
CHAPMANVILLE, W.Va. — Mr. Goble Hall Jr., 83, of Chapmanville, was born September 3, 1928, a son of the late Goble Sr. and Edna Canterbury Hall. He departed this life on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at his residence.
Mr. Hall was a retired coal miner and chief electrician, member of the Manila Church of Christ, and former member of the UMWA and American Legion.
Also preceding him in death was his wife, LaHoma; siblings, Claude, Paul, Donald, Juanita, Maxine, Doreen and Frank, and granddaughter, Amber Michelle Casey.
Survivors include his daughters, Debra Payne of Charleston, Teresa (Mike) Casey of Chapmanville and Melissa (Willis) May of Coral Springs, Fla.; brother, Kenneth Hall of Florida, grandchildren, Megan Richardson, Shane Casey, Jordan May, Corey May and Jared May; great-granddaughter, Emma Richardson and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, at Evans Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Ronnie Abshire, minister, officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home.
