DOMINICK GRAKE JR.

HOLDEN, W.Va. — Dominick “Domer” J. Grake Jr., 51, of Holden, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012.

Born June 16, 1961, he was a son of Lillian Grake of Holden and the late Dominick “Coach” Grake Sr.

Domer attended the Day Program at the Logan Mingo Area Mental Health.

Additional survivors include his sister and “brother”, Regina and Roger White of Bruno.

Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today, July 17, at the Honaker Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.

Visitation will begin after 10 a.m. today at the funeral home.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the Logan Area Mental Health for the love and compassion shown to Domer throughout the past 27 years. A special thanks goes to Ms. Eula Lawson and Mr. Lee Clark as his special caregivers.
