DOMINIC TALLERICO

LANCASTER, Ohio — Dominic S. Tallerico, 59, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away suddenly Monday, July 16, 2012, at Fairfield Medical Center.

Born September 25, 1952, in Logan, he was a son of the late James and Ida Mae Gilbert Tallerico. Also preceding him in death was a brother, James.

Dom was employed at Anchor Hocking for 42 years. He enjoyed being with his grandchildren, had a great sense of humor and everyone loved his laugh. He loved taking rides in his truck and listening to his music.

Survivors include his wife of more than 30 years, Sharen; son, Anthony (Mandy) Tallerico; grandchildren, Taylor and Brody; sister, Anita Tallerico; brother, Michael Tallerico; a sister, Anita Tallerico, a brother Michael Tallerico; sister-in-law, Gayle Tallerico; aunt, Betty Montgomery; uncles, Jimmy Gilbert of West Virginia and Jerry Paul Gilbert of California; nieces, Belinda, Holly and Kelly; nephew, Sean, and many friends. He will be greatly missed by Mark and Mark at Saturday night Euchre tournaments, longtime friend Jimmy Adkins, Friday’s breakfast buddy Shane Bitler, and co-workers.

Dignity Memorial Services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at the Halteman-Fett & Dyer Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Maple officiating.

Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

The family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society in his memory.
