Even though arrests for drugs and theft related incidents were down in February and January, DUI related arrests appeared to be up, according to local law enforcement records.

• Daniel Wallace Workman, 28, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County, agency not listed, for DUI on Feb. 6. He was booked at the regional jail at 2:15 a.m.

• Michael Edward Lodato, 42, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County, agency not listed for DUI and no insurance on Feb. 6. He was booked at the regional jail at 9:23 p.m.

• Clinton Ray Vaughn, 39, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident on Feb. 5. He was booked at the regional jail at 8:40 p.m.

• Jody Alan Bartram, 27, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County agency not listed for DUI, driving on a revoked license, improper registration and no insurance on Feb. 5. He was booked at the regional jail at 7:50 p.m.

• Rickey Dale Bradley, 24, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the Logan County Sheriff's Department for DUI on Feb. 2. He was booked at the regional jail at 12:05 a.m.

• Jesse Daniel Vance, 20, residence not listed was arrested in Logan County by the Logan Police Department for DUI, driving on a suspended license, battery on an officer, assault on an officer and obstructing an officer on Feb. 1. He was booked at the regional jail at 5:10 a.m.

• Gary Dwayne Conley, 54, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the Logan County Sheriff's Department for DUI, driving with no insurance, driving on a suspended license and no registration on Jan. 22.

He was booked at the regional jail at 10:45 p.m. Magistrate Jeff Lane filed placed a hold on Conley who had been arrested earlier on other charges.

• Bruce Lee Nelson, 36, of Verdunville, was arrested in Logan County by the Chapmanville Police Department for DUI, fleeing, reckless driving, driving left of center and speeding on Jan. 24. He was booked at the regional jail at 5:20 a.m. on $5,000 bond.

• Ronald Burgess, 26, of Hewett, was arrested in Logan County by the LCSD for leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance, no registration, no seatbelt, driving left of center and DUI on Jan. 23. He was booked at the regional jail at 12:03 a.m.

• Jason Allen Kinser, 20, residence not listed was arrested in Logan County, agency not listed, for DUI, reckless driving and obstructing an officer on Jan. 18. He was booked at the regional jail at 6:20 a.m.

• Amber Sherry Bias, 29, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County agency not listed, for DUI with a minor, defective equipment, no insurance and expired registration on Jan. 13. She was booked at the regional jail at 8:15 p.m.

• Roger Dale Damron, 59, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County, agency not listed for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and obstructing an officer on Jan. 17. He was booked at the regional jail at 6:50 a.m.

• Kyle Brent Tuthill, 21, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the WVSP for DUI and driving on a revoked license on Jan. 11. He was booked at the regional jail at 5:30 a.m.

• Kenneth Thomas Christie, 27, residence not listed, was arrested in Logan County by the Logan Police Department for DUI and driving on a suspended license on Jan. 8. She was booked at the regional jail at the regional jail at 10:05 p.m.
