MAN — Traffic was blocked for nearly three hours Tuesday night after a large tanker truck crashed on Route 10 at Man.

The single-vehicle accident snarled traffic for several miles in both directions along State Route 10, according to Man Mayor Jim Blevins, who said the driver of the nitrogen truck was not injured.

“The truck wrecked in the S-curve there before you drop down into Man,” Blevins said.

Reports said the truck was mangled badly.

The Man Police Department investigated the crash late Tuesday evening.

No additional information was available at press time. A call was made to Man Police Chief David Walls, but he had not returned the call as of press time Thursday morning.
