JIMMIE GEORGE
LOGAN, W.Va. — Jimmie Lee George, 37, of Logan, departed this life Tuesday, August 9, 2012, at Barboursville.
Born February 22, 1975, in Logan, he was a son of Janie Davis Browning of Logan and the late Jimmie Lovejoy. Also preceding him in death was his grandmother, Isabella Sheppard, and one nephew, Dakota Jenkins.
Jimmie was a great person with a wonderful personality that could make anyone laugh or smile. He was also very artistic and was a hard worker.
Additional survivors include his sisters, Elisha (Trey) Spaulding, Ammie Blankenship, and Ashley Mullins, all of Logan, Peggy Murphy of Man, and Tonya Sloan of Greenbrier; brothers, Russell (Misty) Adkins of Yuma, Bryan (Rachael) Murphy of South Point, Ohio, George (Tera) White of Whitman, and Matthew White of Florida; one daughter, Summer Combs of Man; two special cousins, Brett and Archie; his girlfriend, Cori Fields; four special friends, Misty, Glen, Rob, and Carl, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today, August 12, at Honaker Funeral Home in Logan where friends may call from 1-2 p.m.
Following the services, his body will be cremated.
