BEATRICE FARLEY
RANTOUL, Ill. — Beatrice Farley, 88, of Rantoul, Ill., formerly of Sarah Ann, passed away Friday, August 10, 2012, at Provena Coveant Medical Center in Urbana, Ill.
Born November 24, 1923, in Abbington, Va., she was a daughter of the late Roy and Lily Nunley Clark. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Junior D. Farley, who she married on December 23, 1939, and a son, Wendell Farley.
Survivors include her son, Dennis Farley of Rantoul; grandchildren: Jonna Beam, Michelle Younger, Pam Archer and Craig Farley, all of Brighton, Colo., John Farley of Rantoul and Joda Farley of Chapmanville; great-grandchildren: Dustin Beam, Melissa Lavario, Jennifer Culver, James Gurule, Sheree Beam, Carl Farley, Michael Gurule, Chris Farley, Grace Younger, Whitney Younger, Ian Archer and Aleesha Archer, all of Brighton, Athena Farley and Dennis Gootee of Chapmanville, and Jesse and Emily Farley of Rantoul, and great-great-grandchildren, Mickinzie Beam, Isaac Levario, Lynnora Gurule, Sierra Levario and Mason Wall, all of Brighton.
Beatrice worked at the Rantoul IGA in the bakery department for many years. She will be remembered for always being there to help others, and especially our service men and women in the Armed Forces.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, August 19, at Jesus is the Way Prison Ministries in Rantoul from 3-5 p.m. Burial will be at a later date.
