Born May 28, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Odell and Junie Hager Nichols. Also preceding her in death was one brother, Jimmy Nichols.
Margie was a homemaker and a member of Spencer United Methodist Church at Hewett.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Jeffrey; one daughter, Jeanetta (Patrick) Ball of Hewett; two sons, Sam Jeffrey of Hewett and Steve (Mary) Jeffrey of Grottoes, Va.; two grandchildren, Christopher and Amber; two brothers, Tom (Patty) Adams of North Carolina and Fred (Karen) Nichols of South Carolina; sister, Sally Via of Illinois, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, at the Handley Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger McCauley and Earl Akers officiating. Burial will follow in Hager-Miller Cemetery at Hewett.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
