W. NEIL MEADE

LOGAN, W.Va. — Neil Meade, 75, of Logan, departed this life Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Logan Regional Medical Center.

Born December 18, 1936, in Dingess, he was the son of the late John and Georgia Meade.

Preceding him in death was his sister, Irene Lawrence of Charleston, S.C., and his brothers, W. Fred Meade of Columbus, Ohio, and Raymond Meade of Dingess.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Carol Ann Stewart Meade; son, John (Darissa) Meade of Verdunville; daughter, Pam (Darry) Browning of White Oak; his three precious granddaughters, Haley and Heather Meade of Verdunville, and Morgan Browning of White Oak, and special friends, the Damron Brothers.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, September 2, at the Maryetta United Baptist Church with the Rev. Lonnie Gore officiating. Burial will be at the Adkins Cemetery at Mud Fork

Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at James Funeral Home.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers

James Funeral Home in Logan is in charge of arrangements.
