Both teams advanced to the finals with wins on Wednesday night in the semifinal round at Logan High School’s Willie Akers Arena.
Scott beat Tug Valley, 67-59, in the first game, while Tolsia beat county rival Wayne in a 71-69 overtime thriller.
The Skyhawks improved to 20-3 on the season with the victory over the Lady Panthers, which ended their season with a 10-14 record.
Tug Valley, the No. 5 tournament seed, disposed of No. 4 Chapmanville, 58-46, on Monday during the first night of the tournament.
The Skyhawks outscored Tug Valley 22-14 in the fourth quarter to notch the win.
The two teams had closed out the third quarter tied 45-45.
Ciera Bias led all scorers with 21 points for Scott while Makenzie White added 17.
Tabby Mounts paced Tug Valley with 13 points while Katherine Endicott and Karah Sheppard notched 12 apiece.
Elizabeth Evans chipped in with 10 points for the Lady Panthers.
Scott will face Tolsia on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the sectional title game. Both teams will advance to next week’s Class AA regional tournament.
In the Tolsia-Wayne game, Kara Pollinger netted 22 points to lead the Rebels past the Pioneers.
Amber Finley added 20 points and Karli Purvis contributed 13 for the Rebels (14-9).
Tasha Adkins scored 26 points for Wayne (13-9) and Stacy Hooks had 16.
