DUNBAR, W.Va. — Mabel Sarver Lacy, 82, of Dunbar, passed away Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Dunbar First Baptist Church. Mabel was a master gardener and was an avid golfer. She also served as a Hospice volunteer.

Preceding her in death was her husband, James Lacy.

Survivors include her sons, James Lacy of Charleston, Ken Lacy (Vicki Smith) of Man and Jeff (Ann) Lacy of Nicholasville, Ky.; daughter, Barbara (Phillip) Laughery of St. Albans; sisters, Kathleen Freeman of Salem, Va., and Kay Huff of Elliston, Va.; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 7 p.m. today at Keller Funeral Home in Dunbar with the Rev. Mark Jarrell officiating. Burial will be at noon Wednesday at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens at Princeton.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today the funeral home.

Keller Funeral Home of Dunbar is in charge of the arrangements.
