DELAND, Fla. — Willard Moore, 69, of DeLand, Fla., passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012, at his residence.
Born August 6, 1943, in Logan, Mr. Moore served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a coal miner.
Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Carol; daughter, Rhonda MaShawn Moore of DeLand; brother, Danny Moore of West Virginia, and sisters, Glenna Coleman and Shearell Ball, both of West Virginia.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13.
