Well, I had another day in Family Court and my opinion is still the same. Because “you are the male, you lose, and the word has been sent down from the top...you lose.”

This time, as with every time in the past, I had absolute, overwhelming proof, but this was no just simply “I’m not looking at or listening to evidence.” It was in fact, not in words, “because you are considerate enough to allow yourself to lose time with your son because of your ex’s job restraints and your consideration for your son’s simple childhood sicknesses, my excuse to stick you is “if you are not going exactly by the hour and minute details of the parenting plan ... you lose! If the ex decides to punish you because of any little whim by not letting you have your court ordered time with your son ... you loose!”

Public, one reason the kids have no discipline and respect about them is that the FC judges refuse to allow their daddy’s to teach it to them.

I went to school for 12 years and graduated with a B average. I’m not a genius but I am smarter than a hog. I saw the dates on four checks and in pointing out how I have been scammed, I showed the judge the dates to show the scam. I think it takes 18 years of school to be a lawyer. You have to be a lawyer to be a judge. Yet, when I pointed out the apparent unquestionable dates and showed the judge with a 4 inch x 6 inch magnifying glass it went to extreme and said “no, that’s not what those are.” But consider, I am the male so I have to lose.

There is a new law now that all Family Court cases must be recorded because of the efforts in Charleston by the Men and Women Against Discrimination group. You get copies of your hearing by ordering them at the court house. They are $5 each on a CD.

For my last hearing that lasted one hour and 59 minutes at the beginning and about five minutes at the end are on the recording. Incriminating evidence was left out.

I would like to have your opinion on this question: Would you put this under the heading of A. Anti-male Bias, B. Stupidity, C. Corruption or D. All of the above?

Expect to see my name in the arrests reports as retribution for this letter.
